Associate (NJ)

Michael Fletcher is an expert in charter schools and charter school foundations. He is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition for the BRICK Education Network, the first and only Black-operated charter management organization in the state of New Jersey. 

Prior to this, he served as the director of Human Resources for Marion P. Thomas Charter School in Newark, NJ, and as the manager of recruitment and staffing for Camden City School District, a talent recruitment specialist for the Connecticut Department of Education, and a human capital consultant for Seattle Public Schools.

Michael currently serves as the Vice President of the Marion P. Thomas Charter School Foundation and is an Executive Committee member of the Association of Black Princeton Alumni.  He holds a master’s degree in Education Leadership, Policy and Management from Seton Hall University and a bachelors degree in Psychology and a certificate in African-American Studies from Princeton University.

Michael can advise on HR, operations, and development, specifically annual fundraising and alumni relations.
