.Margaret Fredrickson is a development professional specializing in major and principal gift fundraising in the higher education and NGO landscapes.

A former Senior Consultant for Graham-Pelton, Margaret also served as Director of Principal Gifts for Cambridge in America, where she managed principal gift level prospects.

She has held other leadership positions at institutions such as Columbia University, Rutgers University Foundation, University of Washington, World Learning, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, China. 

Margaret earned her B.A. in Anthropology from Scripps College and a Master of Public Administration from Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Seattle. She was a Research Fellow with the Marc Lindenberg Center on Humanitarian Action and John Snow International in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and has served as a Board member of Maji Safi Group.
