James Busby served as Head of The Buckley School in Los Angeles, where he completed two capital campaigns totaling $50 million. Prior to his time at Buckley, he was the Assistant Head of St. Ann’s in Brooklyn, where he revamped faculty recruitment and increased retention. He has expertise in executive leadership, major gifts fundraising, and program development. He holds a BFA and MFA from Westminster Choir College, and an MA from CUNY. He brings to coaching and training his experience as a certified Crossfit instructor, Insight Meditation trainer, and Awake in the Wild program leader.
