Jacqueline Edelberg is an expert in digital storytelling. She was the driving force behind the revitalization of Nettelhorst, an underutilized and underperforming public elementary school in Chicago. Jacqueline led the successful effort to transform Nettelhorst into one of the most sought after schools in the city. She is the author of How to Walk to School: Blueprint for a Neighborhood School Renaissance (with a Foreword by Arne Duncan, and an Afterword by Rahm Emanuel). She has helped launch three award-winning social impact startups in the digital education space--Youtopia, Dabble Kids, and Neighborhood Parents Network—and her organization Vote Tree helped mobilize Democratic voters in Georgia in the 2020 election. She earned her BA and PhD in political science from the University of Chicago.
