Amanda Weingarten is Chief Development Officer for Crisis Group, a global nonprofit promoting peace and security, Amanda Weingarten is an expert in international fundraising. Her experience as a fundraiser and consultant spans campaign management, principal and major gift fundraising, board management, and annual giving. Prior to joining Crisis Group, Amanda was a Senior Consultant for Graham-Pelton where she counseled clients including International Rescue Committee, UnidosUS (formerly named National Council of La Raza), and The Jewish Theological Seminary. She also served as Assistant Dean for Development, School of Humanities and Social Sciences at The Citadel. A graduate of The American School in London, Amanda received her bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she now serves on the Board of Advisors for the Learning Resource Center.
